This image of derelict train car was left in the desert for many years, Anywhere else there would be little left. The desert mummifies with the dry heat and desolation. The colorful patina of decay and corrosion contrasted by the chromatic plant life made a interesting subject for this 17”x14” sketch done in Acrylics on Bristol board .
