The Sub Sub Machine gun
No this is not a fantasy, this is a real 1st model and only one known to survive the war. Designed by the Great Arms designer Rosco P. Bookbinder for the Empire in the early years of the war. This fully automatic carbine was chosen to arm Submariner’s and was nick named the Sub Sub Machine gun. Later it was revealed the Navy never developed any Submarines but when their only battleship sank in port a rumor was started that it was a” top secret” new type submarine. The weapon was ahead of its time and Smith and Wes repeating art company was contracted to build the first 7000 units, then it was decided that war would never catch on, believing war was just a fad everyone went home and this small part of history was lost. This handcrafted prototype does contain some repurposed parts from a wheel bearing , MG42 and G-3 machine guns, a swing set, 7/16 box end wrench, safety belt, chain, jack handle, type writers, round, square, and flat stock, rust and a small amount of paint. This Historic replica is 32 inches long, 14inches high and 2 1/2 inches thick, it weights 11 pounds 4 oz and the wood is clear coated but the metal can continue to create a that historic relic style patina. I think hanging inside over the fire place or outside semi-protected would be a choice depending on weather. I made them to hang in my porch, but I live in the desert. This rare and historic sculpture can be yours for only 500.00$
