Lincoln’s Carbine

In this story My favorite President, Abraham Lincoln Loved this little Carbine. Being the first lever action repeating rifle used in the civil war, this firearm changed warfare. It was given to President Lincoln by Smith & Wes Hoping a military contract would be forthcoming . Abe would get a little drunk and shoot up a storm on the White house back porch yelling out he was going to kick Johnny reb ass . later George Custer borrowed it and after the battle of the little big horn the carbine was not seen again till 5 years ago when it was found at a yard sale. Rumor has it that this sculpture ……I mean carbine at auction would bring 4 -5 million if it had strong documentation. But lacking the paper work, it could be had for only 350.00$ there is a rumor that it was owned by a very talented artist and the paper work can be found to prove it. This piece is 35 inches long and about 15 pounds, handling and gun play encouraged as this is one solid sculpture.
