I have put Bessie Coleman as my favorite hero, because I love aircraft, women, and people who stand up for what they believe especially when it comes to equal rights. When I think my life is hard, I think about what she over came. Bessie also had a flare for fashion and beauty, getting the money to start her aviation career by starting a cosmetic company . Her outfits seem so ahead of the 1920’s . She was killed in a aircraft accident April 30 1926
